Rules & Policies
This is a non-smoking unit.
No Pets allowed.
A 2-week minimum booking during
Christmas & New Years Holiday Season.
Perfect for 2, Maximum occupancy
is 4 people.
13.42% tax will be charged for Hawaii
State taxes and a $35.00 Reservation
Fee.
A Cleaning Fee of $105.00 may apply
to some bookings.
4 nights minimum stay is required
unless we have available nights
backed up to other bookings. Contact
us about last minute travel specials.
We may offer further reduced rates
for stays of 28 days or longer.
Deposits:
A deposit for Security/Damage of
$250 ($500 for 3 weeks or longer)
is due 10 days after booking to
secure reservation. Security/Damage
deposit is refunded within 30 days
after departure and checkout inspection
if no damage or missing items.
Cancellations:
If cancellation is necessary it
is required 60 days or more prior
to scheduled arrival date in value
season, and 90 days or more prior
to scheduled arrival date in high/peak
season an administration fee of
$100.00 will be charged. If cancellations
are made less than the 60/90 days
prior to scheduled arrival or after
scheduled arrival date, payments
will be retained. If the unit can
be re-rented, a pro-rata refund
will be issued less the administration
fee of $100.00.
Payments
Full prepayment is due 60 days
prior to arrival. Payments can be
check, money order or money transfer,
and credit card. Money orders need
to be drawn on a US Bank.

Cleaning
For reservations less than 7 days,
a cleaning fee of $105.00 will be
charged.
A check

If extra cleaning is required this
can be arranged for an additional
